Very nice Stay!
helpful staff short walk secure luggage
The front desk staff were helpful. I appreciated the quick walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car. The hotel securely stored my luggage after checkout. I continued my hiking trip with ease.
My room was on the smaller side considering what I paid.

The room was super clean and quite spacious. Four twin sized beds were available, it suited my family well. we enjoyed the private bathroom and a balcony. This.

The breakfast offered excellent choices and great variety. The lady at breakfast provided non-invasive yet helpful service. She always smiled while providing really good assistance to guests at the hotel.

acceptable stay with some drawbacks
cramped room hallway noise

The room felt quite cramped for two people. i found the lack of space surprising. Managing luggage was difficult. also, the noise from the hallway was noticeable and often disrupted sleep. i could hear other guests talking and doors closing, impacting my rest. a little soundproofing would improve things.

The breakfast had a lot of choices. It almost had everything one might want. The hotel has a kitchen guests can use. The garden was nice. I even saw some squirrels there!
